What information this website collects and how contact inquiries are processed.
This website does not require accounts or offer online payments or donations. Contact inquiries are processed using Formspree.
Website and hosting data
Blackwood Foundation is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and associated network services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, device or browser information, request metadata, and security logs to provide and protect the website. We do not currently embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization if provided, inquiry topic, and message that you enter. The form is transmitted to Formspree, our third-party form provider, which processes the submission and may apply spam or security controls. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We use inquiry details to review and respond to your request, consider feedback on our public resources, and manage relevant correspondence. Do not include passwords, confidential documents, sensitive personal data, or details of unpatched security vulnerabilities. Submission does not guarantee a response or create an advisory relationship.
Retention and disclosure
Inquiries may be retained in the form provider's systems and in any communication systems used to manage a reply. We intend to retain messages only as needed for correspondence, reasonable recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell submitted contact information or use it for commercial mailing lists. If our processing practices materially change, this notice should be updated.

This website may link to public cybersecurity resources, Formspree, and the separate Blackwood Enterprises website. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
